Leadership Institute

Our Leadership Institute is a two year certificate program designed to develop leaders to have the spiritual fortitude to define, pursue, and finish God’s mission. This program includes instruction, mentoring, individually designed projects and ministry grants to put faith into action. Women may receive credit at select accredited bible colleges and seminaries.

• Place: Christ Evangelical Presbyterian Church | 8300 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024
• Cost:   Leadership Institute cost for a limited time is $500.
  Leadership Institute actual cost is $3,500.  For a limited time we offer up to $3,000 in a scholarship for all students. If you are able to pay more please let us know. This will allow us to assist more women.

Do you need a safe place to learn to lead?

You are the daughter of a heavenly King. Learn how to respond to challenges as a royal daughter. Learn from Anita Carman, the Founder and President of Inspire Women and her proven leadership. In an environment of total transparency and confidentiality, learn from Anita’s personal faith journey on how God’s Word taught her to overcome loneliness, rejection, and fear in accomplishing His God-sized purpose. Classes consist of a lecture time followed by intentional small groups. You will be placed within a small group where you can build community with other women with similar challenges and responsibilities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to meet one on one with Anita Carman or another staff member to develop an independent project to assess where she is in her spiritual journey and to identify her next spiritual milestone. Projects are based on the passion God has put in your heart; examples: Developing a book outline, Obtaining 501 (c) 3 status for a non-profit ministry, Writing a response paper to a book that addresses an area student is struggling with, starting a ministry.

You will learn to:

• Obey the Bible and follow the right choices of characters in the Bible to shape emotions fitting for one who belongs to God’s kingdom,
• Better understand the accountability of God’s leaders to exhibit godly emotions in decision making,
• Choose to be compelled by God’s Word as compared to negative responses and patterns based on one’s own past experiences, and
• Develop the emotional fortitude to finish God’s mission.
