Photo, Video and Recording Release and the Conference Attendance, Seating, Overflow, and Payment Policies.
1. Photo, Video, and Recording Release
By attending the Conference, I understand and hereby agree that Inspire Women, Eastern Sky Theater Company, Check the Gate Productions, and their respective affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns may photograph, film, audio record, and otherwise record my image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation at the Conference.
I hereby grant them the perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit including through the use of AI technology, adapt, exhibit, distribute, publish, advertise, exploit, and otherwise use such recordings, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including in connection with Inspire Women's ministry, marketing and promotional activities and the development, production, distribution, exhibition, advertising, publicity, and promotion of the motion picture currently entitled “A Daughter's Voice.”
I understand that I will not receive compensation or attribution for such use and hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished recordings or the uses made of them. I hereby release Inspire Women, Eastern Sky Theater Company, Check the Gate Productions, and their respective affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns from any claims or liability whatsoever of any nature, including but not limited to claims arising from or related to the use of your image, likeness, appearance, or voice, invasion of privacy. misappropriation of likeness, or infringement of rights of publicity.
2. Seating and Capacity Policy
VIP sponsored seating will be located in designated front rows. All other seating will be available on a first-come, first served basis. Registration or attendance at the Conference grants entry to the venue but does not guarantee a seat in the main room. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early. Doors open at 8:00 a.m.
3. Overflow Policy
Once the main room reaches its maximum permitted capacity, access to the main room will be closed for safety and compliance purposes. Late arriving guests and other overflow attendees will be directed to an alternate viewing room where a live broadcast of the Conference will be available.
4. Payment Policy
Any payments made in connection with the Conference will be used to support the ministry of Inspire Women. Payments are nonrefundable, except as otherwise determined by Inspire Women in its discretion.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BY ENTERING THIS AREA, YOU COVENANT, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE ENTERING AN AREA WHERE MOTION PICTURE FILMING, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND AUDIO RECORDING ARE TAKING PLACE.
By entering and by your presence in this area, you consent to your voice, name, image, likeness, and appearance being photographed, filmed, recorded, and otherwise captured by Inspire Women, Eastern Sky Theater Company, and Check the Gate Productions (collectively, the “Producers”).
Your presence in this area constitutes your unconditional and irrevocable consent to the use, release, publication, exhibition, reproduction, editing, distribution, advertising, publicity, and other use of any recorded media containing your appearance or voice, without compensation, attribution to you or further approval by you, in connection with the commercial production, distribution, exhibition, advertising, promotion, and other exploitation of the motion picture currently entitled “A Daughter’s Voice.” This includes use in any and all media, whether now known or later developed, throughout the world and in perpetuity.
You hereby release the Producers and their respective affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, employees, and representatives from any claims or liability whatsoever of any nature, including but not limited to claims arising from or related to the use of your image, likeness, appearance, or voice, invasion of privacy. misappropriation of likeness, or infringement of rights of publicity.

Note: I would also recommend having the production team use a separate written appearance release for every speaker, interview subject, testimonial giver, or attendee who is intentionally featured rather than merely appearing incidentally in crowd footage.
