What’s the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refund provided after purchase.
Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the conference?
We recommend for the attendee to be 18 or older.
Is there a discount for group sales?
Yes. Our table hosts and all their guest receive a discounted rate of $50 (regular tickets are $75). For those who want to receive the virtual ambassador rate, which means they invite their friends to the virtual part of the conference they receive the ambassador rate of $20. *There are NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS available for day-of-event. Regular pricing applies at the door of $75/per ticket.
What if I want to purchase more than 8 tickets for the in-person session?
The discounted rate of $50/per ticket will still apply. However, in order to have more than 4 ladies at a table they do have to be vaccinated. The maximum seating per table is 8 per our social distancing rules. So if you would like to purchase more than 8 tickets you will have to get another table. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for groups larger than 8 people. *There are NO DISCOUNTS available for day-of-event. Regular pricing applies at the door of $40/per ticket.
Do you have COVID-19 safety guidelines for the conference?
Yes. Your safety is a top priority for Inspire Women. We want everyone to be inspired, encouraged and safe at our conference. Therefore Inspire Women’s conference will be adhering to the following safety guidelines for the conference. Each person will be asked to social distance and wear a mask while standing and walking around (you may remove your mask, once you are seated). Each table seats a minimum of 4 women, 8 is the maximum if everyone is vaccinated. If a person is not vaccinated, they will need to show a copy of a negative COVID-19 test taken 72 hours before the conference.
