Do you help others to recognize their strengths and gifting?  What we say could change the trajectory of someone’s service. In Exodus 30, Moses singled out someone by name and recognized that God “has filled him with God’s Spirit, with wisdom, understanding, and ability in every kind of craft to design artistic works in gold, silver, and bronze, to cut gemstones for mounting, and to carve wood for work in every kind of artistic craft.” Who can you affirm with specifics on what you have observed in them? Can you put wings to potential?
