It’s hard to wait when you define happiness around yourself. Here are my canine babies learning to wait. As far as they are concerned, they don’t understand why I’m occupied on the other side of the gate. What a vivid illustration of how we often behave with God. Do we forget His compassion is with saving the world? My pups are learning they exist for a greater purpose as I bring them to offer warm hugs to my community. When it’s their turn to serve, I call their names. In a similar way, if you are in a waiting place today, it doesn’t mean God has forgotten you. Stay alert, listen for your cues, and when you hear God call your name, run like the wind to follow where He is going!

It’s kind of exciting and nerve-wracking to be in that waiting season … but thanks for the reminder to be expectant & ready for when we hear God call our names!
Beautiful illustration and so true!
Thank You for the illustration.
Thank You for the illustration. Yes waiting can
be trying and even frustrating because it’s not
always that I’m waiting patiently, trusting and
anticipating. I’m being transparent now.
Still looking to God. Blessing’s
Three Atomic Habits: 1. Readiness reaps rewards. 2. Are we placing ourselves engaged on stand-by ready with the mindspace of expectancy? 3. And as we wait for our name to be chosen to chose to sharpen our sights not on the timing but the perspective. And that is the lens of the main thing, it’s about God saving the world. Amen!

I’m waitng with patience, expectency, and grace. thank
